1. Who can use samo

• You must be at least 13.
• samo is invite-only. Each account is for one person — don't share it, sell it, or make accounts for other people.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

2. The rules

You agree to follow the community rules. They're part of these terms.

3. Your stuff

• What you post on samo stays yours.
• So that we can run samo, you give us permission to store, copy, and show what you post, in the way the site works — for example, showing your page to visitors, or making a smaller copy of a picture. This permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from copies kept as explained in our privacy policy (for example, in reports).
• You promise that you have the right to post what you post. For music and other uploads, that means you made it or have permission from whoever owns it.
• Some parts of pages come from other services — YouTube videos, Apple Music previews, Bandcamp's player, and covers from sites like Deezer, Wikipedia and Open Library. Their own terms apply to those.

4. What we can do

• We can remove anything that breaks these terms or the law, and suspend or close accounts that do.
• We try to warn you and explain first, unless it's serious, urgent, or the law says we can't. If you think we got it wrong, email hello@samo.world.
• We may change or stop features. If we ever close samo, we'll give members notice and a chance to save their things.

5. Leaving

You can delete your account any time from Account & invites.

6. The legal bit

• samo is free and run by one person, so it's provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your things safe, but we can't promise it'll never go down or lose something. Keep your own copies of anything important.
• We're not responsible for what members post, or for other websites samo links to — but tell us about anything that breaks the rules and we'll deal with it.
• Nothing in these terms limits anything we can't legally limit, like responsibility for death or injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your rights under UK consumer law aren't affected.
• These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any disputes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell members on samo before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
